I’m a bit preoccupied today for some reason, not really in the moment if you know what I mean…sometimes it takes me a while to figure out what’s eating at me. Until I do, and take some kind of action, I don’t really pay much attention to what’s happening right now. Things it could be:
Taxes: Must start getting the information together
Spring Classes: It’s been tough with all this snow to get together to make plans but it must happen soon.
Knitting: Must finish the little cardigan I’m working on that I know I will love when it’s done, but will take a ton of finishing and fussing to get to the finish line. I want to get it out of the way for the next batch of spring yarns.
Dogs: They need more exercise and they both need baths. And I don’t feel like doing either one today so I’m guilt-stricken.
Anyway, I’m going to show you the MadelineTosh colors that remain from the shipment we just received last week:
In DK:
Alizarin
Celadon
Earl Grey
Hosta
Paper
Purple Basil
We hada couple other colros but they disappeared as soon as the box was opened so there’s no sense showing you what you missed.
We also received a few new colors of Merino Light:
Ember
Heuchera
Maple Leaf
Seasalt
The colors are quite lovely, some very strong and others very delicate and nuanced. Both weights would make a lovely spring cardigan or shawl or just put some away until inspiration strikes. That’s what I should do but I always get leftovers (which, seriously, are lovely and I can never figure out why no one bought them!!)
Sorry for the lackluster post – hope the Tosh colors made up for it!
See you soon…
