Did you all have a lovely Mother’s Day? I spent it with friends, so that was quite wonderful. Jack and Purl forgot again this year. “We’ve been so busy!” Sure, busy sleeping under the desk at the shop, busy barking at every dog that has the temerity to exist, busy whining because the toy is under the couch – AGAIN! They are such disappointments to me.
Meanwhile, with my extra day off a week, I’ve been catching up with doctor’s appointments and tests that I’ve ignored for the last few years. It takes an incredible amount of time, doesn’t it? And to add to the fun, every day brings one or two new advertisements for a Medicare plan. It’s a full-time job just to figure all this out. I feel as old as the Hills, and from what I hear, the Hills are really, really old.
I’ve been working on classes but no word yet when the new site will be ready. If nothing happens by the end of the week, I’ll be sending out emails and posting to the blog, and the website people can take their time.
