I visited my sister this past weekend, and discovered that Purl is not a great traveler. She’s fine in the car, but when everyone else wants to go to bed, she can’t decide who she wants to be with, so she whines and scratches the door to be let out and then whines and scratches the door to be let in. I think she would only be happy if we were all in the same room, sleeping in a heap like a pile of puppies. So…I got no sleep until we got home yesterday, so this will be a quick post so I can get out and do errands before the store opens today.
First let me say the new collection from Brooklyn Tweed is out and is wonderful as usual. Have at look at http://brooklyntweed.com/wp7lookbook.html. I could happily knit almost any of the items in the collection, but I especially love the simple pullovers and one of them may be next on my agenda.
