Slip Knit Love is coming along nicely. I’m almost done with Clue 4 and this is how it’s looking:
I just finished the 4th mosaic motif, which is this pretty undulating wave:
My stitches look a bit wonky and that’s probably because I’m using a slightly larger needle than recommended and also because the grays are a 2-ply alpaca. I’m pretty sure that everything will smooth out very nicely with blocking. I expect to be done sometime this week, although the rows are (inevitably) getting longer and longer!
The class is full so I don’t need to send out an email – thanks to everyone who signed up early. I could take 1 or 2 more people, so if you’re just reading about it, it starts Sunday, July 29, 1 – 3 p.m. and runs every Sunday except Labor Day weekend through September 9, $55 plus materials. It’s going to be fun, and I’m looking forward to it!
